Orchard Place Tower D Phase 1

The Orchard Place is an existing residential community located in JVC, created and developed by Peak Summit Real Estate Development LLC. Phase 1 & Phase 2 were successfully launched in 2024 and Phase 3 (Tower D & E) will be launched in Q2 2025.
