• Property preferences — such as interest in buying, renting, or investing, and specific areas or budgets you share with us
• Communication records — records of messages, calls, or enquiries submitted through our website or via WhatsApp

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as passport details, financial records, or identification documents unless specifically required to complete a real estate transaction, at which point separate written consent will be obtained.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website.
